Shipping & Returns Policy

Every effort will be made to ship goods on the scheduled shipment date however, RDParts.com shall not be liable for any claims or consequential damages arising from the failure to meet any scheduled shipping dates.

Orders will ship  Wednesday, and Friday of everyweek except holidays.

Custom and cut ( gaskets, door cover)  Items require a 4 day lead time to assembleplus shipping time to your area.

Shelving will require a 1~ 2 weeks lead time  before shipping.

If Buyer refuses shipment of any  products under an acknowledged order and those
products are consistent with that order and are not delivered damaged or defective, then
Buyer will be responsible for return shipment of the products in its original shipping packaging and return freight prepaid by Buyer.  Buyer will also pay a restocking charge of 30% of the sales price. Buyer assumes the risk of any return shipment damage or loss.

Returns will require an RA number.  Any parts returned to Rdparts.com without an RA number will be refused.  A 30% restock fee will be applied to all returned items.  No custom or cut items of catalog ( gaskets,covers, contact plates,  retainers, wires, etc.) may be returned to for credit unless those products are not consistent with an acknowledged order or are defective.All freight charges are non refundable.

Delivery:

Upon delivery, shipments must
be inspected for damage, loss or shortage prior to acceptance from the carrier. If damage
or shortage exists and it is not concealed, Buyer shall secure a notation of such damage or shortage from the delivering agent on the freight bill or delivery receipt. If damage is concealed, Buyer must notify RDParts.com within 24 hours of
its delivery and hold the merchandise for its inspection.
